How to use our online translation service
Here is a list of the simple procedures for using our online translation service:

Quotation
To receive a quotation, fill in the special form and enter the text you want to translate. The quotation will be sent within 24 hours.
Order and translation
Acceptance of the quotation must be confirmed by e-mail or fax to +39 0586 811062 along with a certificate of effected bank transfer. When making the bank transfer, you accept the on-line translation agreement in full.
The order must contain the quotation number, Word version you want the translation to be sent back and billing details.
You will receive the translation within 48 hours in your e-mail box. The term of delivery may vary and you will be informed thereof on a time-by-time basis if the number of pages exceeds 10.
Invoice
When the translation is over, regular invoice will be sent to the customer to the address shown in the order.
Guarantee
Ara Congressi guarantees the service supplied by its translators, all professionals of long-standing experience in the translating sector.
Confidentiality
The details supplied by the customer when signing an order for the on-line translation service shall be used, to all intents and purposes of law no. 675 of 31/12/1996, to dispatch the order and inform of any promotions launched by ARA Congressi.
The customer shall be entitled to ask for his/her details to be freely deleted or amended by sending an e-mail to:
